Contact & Enquiry Forms

Free Health Check Requests

When you request a free health check, we collect your name, email address, website URL, and details about your marketing setup. We use this to prepare for and conduct your health check call, and to send you a written summary afterwards. The lawful basis is legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps.

Client Work

If you become a client, we collect and process additional personal and business data as needed to deliver the services agreed. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is kept for up to one year from the date of contact, after which it is deleted.

Client data is kept for up to six years from the end of the relationship to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Third Parties Who Process Your Data

We use a small number of third-party tools that may process your personal data as part of delivering and improving this website. These are:

Netlify: Our website host, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is a US-based company. Data transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Tag Manager: Used to manage tracking scripts on the site. No data is collected by Tag Manager itself, but it loads the tools below.
Google Analytics 4: Used to understand how visitors use the site. Data collected includes pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. Google is a US-based company. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Search Console: Used to monitor the site's performance in search results. This tool processes aggregated search data rather than individual user data.
Microsoft Clarity: Used to record anonymised session data including mouse movements, clicks and scrolling behaviour, to help us improve the site experience. Microsoft is a US-based company. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share it with anyone beyond the tools listed above.
